Full name as presented on a valid ID is required. (This is required for the use of the range and certificates)
All training and classes to be paid for in full. Places cannot be held without full payment. * You must confirm your attendance to the class at least 7 days prior, or seats will not be held.*
No refund is given once payment is made. We will try our best to move you to another date where suitable, if you cannot make your booked slot. We will only hold your place for up to three months.
Deposits are not accepted for single bookings. Full payment required to hold your place.
We offer two secure payment options, via our website and via PayPal.
Teams (more than two people) and or corporate team bookings will require a 50% deposit of the total cost. Remaining full payment due seven days prior to the start date of training.
If travelling from outer state into NC, it is your full responsibility to be fully aware of your current state and federal gun firearms laws. We will not be held liable or responsible in any way for any damage, injury, accident, misinterpretation, unlawful behavior or actions, all or any actions, by students, customers during and after training/classes, or when students/customers are travelling to or from the training/classes, or to and from each destination.
If travelling into the U.S from another country, we will require full names as presented on a valid ID and country of origin. (This will be required for the use of the range). It is your full responsibility to be fully aware of your country gun/firearms laws and your full responsibility to be fully aware of the state and federal gun firearms laws in N.C / where the training classes are being instructed from. We will not be held liable or responsible in way for any damage, injury, accident, misinterpretation, unlawful behavior or actions, all or any actions, by students, customers during and after training/classes, or when students/customers are travelling to or from the training/classes, or to and from each destination.
Training and instruction can be refused or stopped at any time, if the instructor feels that the student attending the classes, is not adhering to the safety rules, the classroom/range instructions. No refund will be issued.
It is the students/customers sole and full responsibility to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times during and after the training/classes. Safety is to be a priority at all times.
Photos, videos, or sound recordings are not permitted during training in the classroom or the range.
We and all of Borne Warrior Corporation to include Borne Warrior Tactical Firearms, will not be held liable or responsible in way for any damage, injury, accident, misinterpretation, unlawful behavior or actions, all or any actions, by students, customers during and forever more after training/classes, or when students/ customers are travelling to or from the training/classes, or to and from each destination.

The Company, hereafter referred to as "Borne Warrior Corporation, Borne Warrior Tactical Firearms" offers firearms classes and training services to individuals seeking education and instruction in the safe and responsible use of firearms. By participating in any of our classes or utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which limit the liability of Borne Warrior Corporation, Borne Warrior Tactical Firearms training, classes, services and range:
2. Assumption of Risk: Participation in firearms training inherently involves certain risks and hazards. By engaging in our classes or services, you understand and accept that the use of firearms carries inherent risks, including but not limited to accidental discharge, injury, property damage, and even death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms training and agree that Borne Warrior Corporation, Borne Warrior Tactical Firearms Training, its instructors, owners, employees, and affiliated entities, shareholders, shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from your participation.

Release and Waiver: In consideration of participating in firearms training, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Borne Warrior Corporation, Borne Warrior Tactical Firearms, its instructors, employees, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the classes or use of our services. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of your involvement in firearms training. You acknowledge that this release and waiver is binding upon you, your heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
4. By participating in our firearms training programs, you acknowledge and agree that the behaviors and actions you exhibit during and after completing the training are your sole responsibility. Borne Warrior Corporation, Borne Warrior Tactical Firearms, its instructors, owners, employees, and affiliated entities, shareholders, shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from your actions, behaviors, or decisions made during and/or post-training. You understand and accept that the training provided is intended solely for educational purposes and that your personal conduct and adherence to legal requirements are crucial factors in ensuring safe and responsible firearm use.

This form must be read fully and agreed to before payment and attendance. A disclaimer form will be issued before each training session and will require a signature by attendees.
